Cloud computing giant sees stratospheric growth in customer education

One of the world’s leaders in cloud computing development and services called on Gilmore Global with ambitious plans for a new customer education initiative. First, they needed a trusted partner who could resell and deliver authorized training content to partners and students around the world. Just as important, the cloud behemoth also needed impeccable security to protect content that would be shared with a wide variety of audiences, such as commercial training customers, event and boot camp participants, instructors, and even academic institutions. We worked closely with the client to customize a solution that integrates a range of Gilmore Global services to meet each need. The foundation was our e-commerce platform with transaction management, enabling us to act as training content reseller for the client’s global partner community. Next, we made all education material accessible through our secure content delivery platform, allowing learners to engage through a range of device types. Finally, we created a subscription-based bridge for secure instructor access, helping to ensure that learning would be based on the most up-to-date materials at all times.
