CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Care Manager (CCM) reports into the Manager, Customer Care. The CCM
maintains positive relationships with our customers. Conducts customer and
market research. Participates in the identification of growth and advancement
opportunities. Ensures continued growth of our customer relationships. Supports
the Executive Management staff by providing continual feedback on customer
development.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Responsibilities include:

Establish and maintain positive communication channels between Gilmore and
Customer
-
Act as a point of escalation for Customer
-
Monitor customer activities and their respective markets for evolving trends
-
Identify and action Customer and Market needs, wants, and opportunities
-
Compile and deliver customer and market updates on a monthly basis
-
Assemble and present business reviews as per the department schedule
-
Present new products and services as required
-
Prepare and implement account action plans on a quarterly basis
EXPERIENCE:
-
Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of
letters, memoranda, e-mail, minutes, and reports
-
Skill to use a personal computer and experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, Internet Explorer, Visio (preferred).

Skill to use appropriate resources to conduct Customer and Market research
-
Ability to build and advance interpersonal relationships
-
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with
objectives without supervision

Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
-
Strong organization and listening skills
-
Preferred education experience in business, sales, and/or marketing
-
Three years of related experience or;
-
Equivalent combination of education and experience
-
Able to travel as required to meet with customers face to face in Canada and
the United States of America
