Account Manager 

The Account Manager reports directly to the Manager of Customer Operations, is a team player that has a positive attitude, is enthusiastic and takes initiative. They are responsible to plan, organize and manage customer projects from inception to completion.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages projects to ensure scope is delivered in a timely fashion.
  • Supervises a team of Service Representatives.
  • Gathers user requirements.
  • Liaises with various departments to coordinate the development of projects.
  • Manages resources for the fulfillment of project deliverables.
  • Develops and writes technical documentation related to projects.
  • Monitors and evaluates implemented programs.
  • Identifies areas of weakness in programs and follows through with solutions or improvements.
  • Communicates project progress to key stakeholders as required.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:

  • Previous project management experience is required.
  • Strong analytical, oral and written skills are required.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Be able to adapt to changing demands.
  • Proven experience in prioritizing, managing and completing multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team based environment.

  • Sophisticated PC knowledge and ability to use email functions.
  • Previous experience in an office environment.
  • Proven track record of results delivery.

Preferred:

  • Experience in technical writing.
  • University education and related experience.
