The Account Manager reports directly to the Manager of Customer Operations, is a team player that has a positive attitude, is enthusiastic and takes initiative. They are responsible to plan, organize and manage customer projects from inception to completion.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages projects to ensure scope is delivered in a timely fashion.
Supervises a team of Service Representatives.
Gathers user requirements.
Liaises with various departments to coordinate the development of projects.
Manages resources for the fulfillment of project deliverables.
Develops and writes technical documentation related to projects.
Monitors and evaluates implemented programs.
Identifies areas of weakness in programs and follows through with solutions or
improvements.
Communicates project progress to key stakeholders as required.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
Previous project management experience is required.
Strong analytical, oral and written skills are required.
